ISN Deck and Engine Cadet Program
Instituted in 1994, former cadets currently comprise almost 30% of all active officers and though we have accredited feeder schools, we also welcome fresh graduates from other institutions who will meet our standards and allow ASM to build their careers.

Minimum Qualification Requirement
- Not more than 23 years of age (except for those with OIC license or shipboard experience but not more than 25 years old);
- Completed 3 years Associate course in Marine Transportation;
- At least 5'4" in height (1.63m);
- Transcript of Records must show general average of 80% (PE, ROTC and other elective subjects not included) and with no failing grades in major subjects;
- Candidates must pass qualifying test, interview, medical and endurance test;
- After passing tests in all levels, candidates should complete and submit ISNTC required documents for pre-sea cadet program.

Instituted in 2005, graduates of electrical engineering, electronic communication and graduates in related fields are properly trained and oriented in the profession as it is practiced onboard vessels.

Instituted in 1997, graduates of a computer or IT related field are chosen and trained to become a Ship Administrator who maintains the ship's network, PMS programs and assist the ship's command with the paperwork onboard.

- Must be a graduate of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Technology or any IT related field;
- With at least two (2) years working experience in the IT field;

- Knowledge in Basic Electronics is an advantage;
- Good in oral and written communication in English;

a. Duties and Responsibilities
• Identify upcoming vacancies.
• Communicate directly to Crewing Officers and Operations Head regarding vacancies and recruitment process.
• Recruit needed crew to fill up vacant position.
• Call potential who submitted their resume / curriculum vitae on internet.
• Reviews and evaluates applications in terms of minimum education & experience requirements for job posting.
• Facilitates examination and interview schedules.
• Endorse qualified applicants to respective crewing officers for positions.
• Manage and prepare recruitment materials, such as flyers and give away on Deck and Engine Licensure Examination
• Benchmarking on other Manning Agencies regarding salaries, compensation and Benefits
• Update and monitor Crew Data (Personal Details, sea service and documents) for all previously received and encoded applications to ensure all related information are in the system (CMS)
• Schedule previous applicants for re-evaluation
• Conduct character check
• Conduct PDOS (Pre-departure Orientation)
• Maintain confidentiality on all information in the system.
• Assist in other duties as needed and directed.
b. Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience working in related field is a must for this position.
• Has the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship.
• Can demonstrate a positive and productive attitude.

Accounting Specialist - Loan Processor
a. Duties and Responsibilities
• Answer questions/inquiries and advise borrowers regarding loans and transactions.
• Ensure the completion of loan requirements and collecting fees.
• Ensure the completeness of documents prior to submission to approving officer.
• Ensure the on time submission of loan applications for disbursement.
• Encoding and releasing of loans to borrowers.
• Record transactions in Peach Tree.
b. Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy.
• Can convey information effectively, organized, keen on details and team player.
• Computer literate.
• Female, not more than 30 years old.
