Quoting a WorkAsia study in global attitude, “Engaged employees are those who have internalized the organization’s business goals, the steps required to achieve those goals and further understand how their contributions drive results.” Management understands that in order to “engage” the employee, we have to know who they are, what they are comfortable with . . . what gives them a life.

B I N G O, being very close to the Filipino heart and psyche was chosen as the main event for this year’s ASM-ISNTC Summer Fun. Venue was Greenmeadows Park with over 150 participants consisting of employees of ASM and ISNTC and their families. It was a perfect opportunity to unwind and bond with family and friends.
